Las Vegas Sushi Entertainment

I am going to explain a few things about basic Sushi  If you are new to this concept Maki is for you.  That is the rolls with the rice.  I would recommend starting with a California Roll.  This is crab meat, mayo, avacado and rice wrapped in seaweed.  Octopus is a great option as well.  I love BBQ eel.

Sushimi is typically for more advanced sushi goers.  Basically, it's raw fish.  If you feel ambitious try Maguro (Yellow Fin Tuna).  Furthermore, it is an industry standard that all sushi be frozen for 96 hours.  This kills any bacteria.

Master Sushi Chef Andy Matsuda directly from the Sushi institute in Torrance California is running the show for Sushi Entertainment.  Las Vegas hottest and sexiest new attraction.  Custom catering options, and full scale dining reservations Call/text Andrew Bloch 702-481-4487

Sushi is provided by Osaka Japanese bistro current 19 time award winner for "The best of Vegas" and recognized at one of the top 50 sushi restaurants outside of Japan.
